When Sterling-based Ska band Ruckus played in a music festival in Southbridge last summer, they not only got a chance to share their music with a wider audience but also joined Illumina Records’ mission to raise awareness to prevent drunk driving.
Illumina created a project, the first of its kind, that uses music as a vehicle to fight drunk driving through their 1Loud Street Music Festivals. The 300 bands that participate in the nationwide festivals support them in their endeavor. (more…)
